There are different ways to place an order in our webshop. In case you are already familiar with our item numbers, make a quick order in our quick order form. If you are not famliar with our item numbers, we recommend you to search for the right product on our website or in the search bar above, to place the order in the order cart by pushing the green button 'Add to cart'.
- Log in or register to Visual Workplace
After placing different items in the order cart, you log in with your e-mailaddress and password. Are you a new customer? Please fill in your e-mailaddress at New to Visual Workplace and create a new account by filling in the neccessary fields with your data. You can create an account as private customer and as corporate customer at Visual Workplace.
- Complete your order
If all details are known to us and you have added the right products in your offer cart, you can complete the order.
- Make a quick order of placing products in the order basket
Order through a purchase order?
Only corporate customers can order directly through a purchase order. Send this order to email@example.com including the right delivery information and a valid reference and you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours in the form of an order confirmation.
With our new quotation module it is possible to create a quotation online yourself. Do you receive a purchase order based on the quotation, then you can fill in all necessary information directly online. All fields will be shown on your invoice.
Placing products from quotation to order?
By pushing the button 'Copy to order cart' you copy products from the quotation to the order basket.
Error item number. What went wrong?
An error error appeared when I filled in the item number. This means that the item number you filled in is incorrect or does not exist anymore. The easiest way to find out what the item number of your product is, is to fill in the productname in the seach bar above.
Item numbers, where do I find them?
Item numbers can be used to make a quick order in the quick order form. Each product is provided by a unique itemnumber at Visual Workplace. You might find this item number on the productpage under 'Product specifications'. It is also possible to overtake the matching item number by filling in the product name in the search bar above.
I want to order more than 100 pieces, is that possible?
In case you want to order more than 100 pieces from a product, please contact us to talk about the possibilities. We recommend you to contact our purchase in case you have questions about ordering huge quantities.
Can I only place an order in the webshop by using an item number?
There are different possible ways to place an order at our webshop:
- The quick order form
Are you already familiar with our item numbers? If you are we recommend you to place your order with this form. Simply fill in the number of items you wish to order and the item number of the article on this form and press the ‘add to cart’ button.
- Placing an order in the order basket
Ofcourse you can also place an order in our webshop by adding the products you wish into the order cart. When you click the green 'Add to Cart' button on the productpage, you can simply place products into the order basket.
- The quick order form
Is it possible to adjust or cancel my order?
Contact us directly
When you have placed an order online and choose the payment method 'by invoice', we can help you adjusting your order on the same day (before 2pm). Adjusting your order is completely free of charge.

Have you paid immediately and would you like to add anything to your order? Please contact us and we will help you finding the right solution.
Online quotation vs. a tailor-made quotation
Complete your order faster
The online quote you compose using the online quote module is exactly the same as the tailor-made quote you would have been receiving from Visual Workplace. The benefit of using the online quote module is that you don't have to wait and that you can complete your order faster.
How do I add articles to the quotation?
You can add products to the quotation by copying them from the order cart to the quotation or by adding them directly from the productpage.
How do I place products from the order cart to the quotation?
By clicking the button 'Copy to quotation cart' in the order cart you add articles from the order cart to the quotation.
Where do I find my quotes?
You will find your quotations in your personal profile under 'Quotations'.
How do I share my quotation with a collegue?
After you, as quote applicant, filled in all data and the quotation is completed, you can mail the quotation as a PDF file to a collegue through our system. You fill in the name, e-mailaddress and message and we sent the e-mail for you.
Can the data change on the quotation after confirming?
The data on the quotation can only be changed by the applicant of the quotation. This includes adjusting the billing information, payment method, items and any discounts.
If you receive a quotation, you can only pay it. You are not allowed to change the data or content.
Is my reference on the invoice?
Everything is shown on the invoice
You can add a unique reference or remark to each order. Both fields are standard on your invoice. You will have the space to specify a purchase ordernumber, invoice or order year on the invoice.
Create an account (2 minutes)
To place an order in our webshop or to create a quotation, it is required to create a business or private account.
No extra time
Creating an account at Visual Workplace is equal to filling in the necessary contact information. You don't need to take extra steps when you create an account.
How do I know if I already have an account at Visual Workplace?
To check if you already have an account at Visual Workplace, please fill in your e-mailaddress and click 'Forgot my password'. If you have an account you will receive a new password via e-mail to log in directly and to continue placing your order.
I can not log in at Visual Workplace. What's wrong?
Did you already receive a password from Visual Workplace in your mailbox? No? Than there is no active TnP account available on your e-mailaddress.
Did you forget your password?
Simply apply for a new password by clicking 'Forgot my password' and fill in your e-mailaddress.
Error e-mail address is already in use. What to do?
If this error appears, it means that there is a active account on this e-mailaddress.

To apply for a new password, you should click 'Forgot my password' and fill in your e-mailaddress.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Did you just create an account but did you forgot the password? For security reasons the systems creates an automatic password for you. You will receive your personal password in your mailbox after completing your registration. It is always possible to change the password in your profile.
Apply for a new password
You can simply apply for a new password by clicking 'Forgot my password' and filling in your e-mailaddress. In your mailbox you will receive a link that allows you to set a new password.

To apply for a new personal link for resetting your password, please fill in your e-mailaddress again at 'Forgot my password'.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password in your profile under 'contact'.
Corporate or private account?
If you sign up to Visual Workplace you can choose to create a corporate or private account. When you order for personal purposes, we advise you to create an personal account. In case you want to place an order for your company, we advise you to create an corporate account.
What kind of information do I need creating an business account?
To create an corporate account at Visual Workplace, we kindly request you to fill in all required fields like company name and the right address data.
Unsubscribe to the newsletter from Visual Workplace
If you want to unsubscribe to the newsletter from Visual Workplace, you should click 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of the e-mail.
What are the payment types?
International customers can pay in the following ways at our webshop:
- V -Pay payment
- Bancontant Mister Pay
Change payment preference?
Default, the payment method you have saved in your profile will be selected when you place an order. The payment type can be changed per order. Go to your profile to change your payment preference.
Can I pay by invoice?
Corporate customers from the Netherlands, Belgium and the UK are allowed to pay by invoice at Visual Workplace. This payment option is free of charge and can only be selected by corporate customers.
Private customers are not allowed to pay by invoice.
I want to have a copy of the invoice. Is that possible?
In your profile under 'Orderhistory and invoices' you will find all invoices and order confirmations of your orders.
The data on my invoice are incorrect. What to do?
When you placed a order in our webshop and the invoice data are incorrect, we are forced to charge an administration fee of € 25 per invoice to adjust your data.
How should I use a discount code for my order?
Step 3 Order process
Did you receive a discount code by taking part to a ongoing action? Please fill in the third step from the orderprocess. The discount will be calculated directly.
Using more than one discount code at the same time?
One discount code
You can only use one coupon code per order. It is not allowed/possible to get discount on discount in our webshop.
How much are the shipping costs?

If I order today, when will I receive my order?
If you order before 2pm, you might receive your order within 3 untill 5 working days.
In case you wish to have a urgent delivery, please contact us so we can check the opportunities.
What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered because we need a signature. In case you are not in as the carrier tries to deliver the package, the DHL carrier will offer the pagage again the next day. You can follow the journey of your package with the DHL Track&Trace code we sent you per e-mail.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
When you did not receive your order (in correct order), please contact us (immediately after receiving) so we can try to find a suitable solution.
The good(s) does not meet my expectations. Can I exchange the goods?
You can exchange the products within 14 calendar days after receiving for other items. Please contact us to discuss all possibilites.
Does Visual Workplace deliver worldwide?

Can I track the delivery of my order?
After you placed your order in our webshop, you will receive an DHL Track&Trace code so you can follow the journey of the package. You can also find the Track & Trace code in your profile.
Is my product in stock?
All products online are in stock. Would you like to order a large decrease of a specific product? Please contact us to talk about the possiblities.
How can I return my order to Visual Workplace?
You can return your order within 14 calendar days in case the goods do not meet your expectations. The costs for returning the goods are for your own account. The products can be returned to the following address:

When will I receive the refund?
If you return your goods within 14 calendar days and you do not exchange the items, you can get a refund of the purchase. This amount will be refunded within 7 working days after we received your return in good order.
