Kaizen foam inlay for an orderly workplace
Visual Workplace offers a professional shadow foam inlay made of a foam sheet (Zotefoam LD45). The shape, which we call shadows, are cut out mechanically by a CNC-machine. The design of the foam inlay we design in a specially developed software. With this software we make the layout, the cut-outs and we personalize the foam with a logo and/or text. You can choose from different options such as the thickness of the foam and the colour.
The Kaizen foam has a black upper layer (top) and a coloured underlay. The underlay is available in the colours; yellow, green, blue, red, grey and black. The total foam inlay (upper lay and underlay) is available in different thicknesses; 30, 35, 40, 45, 60, 70 and 90 mm. Because of the two colours of foam you can see at a glance which materials are missing.
